Preeti Kumari Shrivastava is currently the President and CEO of the Shrivastava Media Group.  She started the company in 1997 upon completion of film school in New York City. Being the youngest person in her class to graduate at the age of 16, she idealized the company as a place where young professionals could break into the industry. Over the past ten years, Preeti has grown her company from a film and video freelance service to a full service media production and consulting company offering film, video, television, music, multimedia and public relations production services. She has been featured in Videography Magazine and on the JVC website for her music video and production work. Preeti initially funded the company by modeling for various designers in Hawaii, Paris, New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami, and continues to work as a part-time model. Her professional associations include the National Association of Broadcasters, the National Association of Television Programming Executives, and the Recording Academy. Preeti is a graduate of American University's School of Communications and at her current age of 25, holds a MBA degree from Boston College's Carroll Graduate School of Management and will earn her Entertainment Law degree from Temple University in 2008. Currently, she is represented by Martin Literary Management for her upcoming book, "The Rich Girl's Guide to Living" and by Rebel Entertainment Partners for the multi-platform reality show she is the co-creator and executive producer of entitled "Above The Line: The Search For America's Next Music Video Director" through a joint venture with MediaVision International called Above The Line Media.   Previous divisions of the Shrivastava Media Group, including Little Princess Productions (film), Kavali Records (music), and Tava Communications (public relations) all merged to create the current company in 2004. The Shrivastava Media Group is headquartered on the East Coast in New York City and on the West Coast in Los Angeles, and has satellite locations in Washington, DC, Miami, and Philadelphia.

Jyoti Kumari Shrivastava is currently the CFO of the Shrivastava Media Group.  After working in private client services for a number of years on Wall Street, Jyoti left Goldman-Sachs to obtain her MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.  Jyoti oversees the daily strategic decisions for the Shrivastava Media Group and is in charge of developing financial projections and goals for all ventures, mergers, and acquistions.  Having obtained her B.S. from Boston College in Economics and Theatre Arts, Jyoti continues to pursue her passion in acting and singing as a SAG affiliated actress, and has appeared in major network shows and print campaigns including HBO's "Sex and the City."
